Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.

Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the planned product evolution.

Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., customers, business leaders, development teams) to gather requirements and prioritize features.

Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries and updates.

Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized based on business value and customer impact.

Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.

Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features.

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and promotion.

Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Creating detailed functional specifications and designing documents of product features


Requirements:

Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in using data analytics tools to derive actionable insights.

Understanding of telecom technologies and IT infrastructure.

Familiar with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).

Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications

+3 years’ experience in product management or related roles within the telecom or IT industry.
