1)      Understand the NE scope, KPI, pre-warning threshold, and problem escalation process required by the project, and the Cell/Cluster/network-level OSS KPI report type, time granularity, and report template.

2)      Monitors the KPIs and resource capacity indicators of E2E NEs required by the project team.

3)      Output various types of OSS KPI monitoring reports in a timely manner according to project requirements.

4)      Network coverage driver test assessment.

5)      Data Collection for Network Change.

6)      Base Station Interface integration/Feature activation.

7)      Basic RF analysis and optimization, including adjustment of antenna azimuth, downtilt, and antenna height, and analysis and optimization of cell parameters (neighboring cells and scrambling codes) to improve coverage, reduce interference, and improve KPIs, and generate optimization reports based on effect verification.
