Job Description

·         Respond to tickets from sellers, providing clear and helpful information to solve their Requests and problems.

·         Collaborating and following up on issues raised by stakeholders to ensure they are addressed, and actively seeking resolutions.

·         Monitoring core team KPIs (delay, cancellation, and sales) and providing insightful reports.

·         Efficiently handles multiple tasks within set deadlines.

•   Work on projects with strong attention to detail and an understanding of business priorities and concerns.

• At least Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Business, Industrial engineering, MBA or related fields
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Eager to learn new skills and willing to take on new challenges
• Prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
• Identifying issues and determining effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
