5. Configure and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems, to protect the organization's data and systems.
6. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network policies, procedures, and best practices.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to end users regarding network connectivity, VPN access, and network-related hardware and software issues.

Qualifications:

3. Solid understanding of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and OSI model.
4. Strong knowledge of network hardware and software components, including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
5. Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Wireshark or SolarWinds.
6. Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work well in a team environment.
10. Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus.
