Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
·       To collaborate with human resources functions to support them in achieving their objectives and contribution in cross functional team activities

·       To manage, prioritize, align, and enable implementation of Organization Design related projects and initiatives for MTNIrancell

·       To develop and research, also manage, and keep updated MTNIrancell Job Based competency framework 

·       To consult with the line managers in the arena of structuring and job profiling based on OD principles and standard.   

·       To facilitate the restructuring and structuring of departments, divisions, and the company align with business requirements and initiatives 

·       To manage job design and job evaluation process based on Grading methodology of company

·       To support business in determination of headcount forecast align with their requirements and control actual headcount vs. budget. 

·       To manage workforce planning process to ensure correct headcount budget planning and workforce planning in MTNIrancell.

·       To contribute in developing, updating, documentation and optimizing OD policies and procedures.

·       To support identification of critical positions and maintain related DBs

·       To integrate the competency directory and tools in job profiles with support of other HR functions 

·       To manage recommendations and solutions on the execution of job architecture by analyzing, manipulating, and visualizing various data sets

·       To serve as a strategic partner to MTNIrancell leaders with understanding of business needs to align development initiatives appropriately

·       To work closely with Talent Transformation team to provide input for designing various trainings for delivery of MTNIrancell required competencies.

·       To support recruitment process in designing competency-based interview catalogues to determine candidates job match level

·       To conduct & manage change management projects across MTN Irancell.

·       To use initiatives, Change Management and Culture Orientation to help HR projects achieve success in MTNIrancell.

·       To own and drive, also participate in related committee as a subject matter expert for designing and maintaining corporate Operating Model

·       To act as a consultant to design and optimize organizational critical processes, also update the organization structure to aim efficiency of processes
