Participate in:
● Implementing the HR strategic planning.
● Defining and implementing short- and long-term manpower plans.
● Recruiting and managing the selection process.
● Implementing the onboarding process for the new staff.
● Maintaining the work structure by updating job descriptions for positions.
● Designing and implement competency models and assessment center.
● Monitoring the employee performance management system.
● Preparing and implement training and development plans for employees to ensure that employees
acquire the necessary skills in an effective and timely manner.
● Developing and implementing HR branding strategies.
● Developing and implementing succession planning and talent management.
● Managing the employee relations process and build out the employee relations function.
● Providing the welfare and motivation plan.
●Designing and implementing employee experience frameworks and exit management.
●Collecting HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS).
Requirements:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or other related fields.
● Familiar with the excellence models of human resource management.
● Familiar with quantitative performance management methods (such as OKR, BSC and etc.)
● Excellent communication skills.
● Result-oriented.
