Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap for internal tools and systems, aligning them with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Work closely with internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that products meet their needs.

Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant insights into product development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.

Advocate for a user-centered design approach, working with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly internal products.

Make data-driven decisions using data and analytics to measure the performance of internal products.

Communication: Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, and gather feedback to drive product improvements.

Requirement

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or an MBA graduate).

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

·       Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

·       Prior experience in product management or related roles is a plus.

·       Familiarity with internal business processes and tools is a plus.
