Operation Analyst (External Contract)

Responsibilities:

Conduct data analysis on our business operations, including processes, workflows, and performance metrics.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business requirements, and define performance metrics.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations for process improvement and optimization.
Develop and maintain analytical tools and models to support ongoing operations and decision-making processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the implementation of process changes and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Participate in project teams and contribute to data analysis, problem-solving, and project planning efforts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to operations analysis and process optimization.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or similar analytical role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and draw meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement concepts. 
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
