Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To contribute to the design and delivery of organisational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans.

To design and maintain the company’s performance management Framework and oversee the performance of individual employees or groups.

To identify training and development needs within the organisation, developing and implementing programs that help individuals and leaders grow in their field, and assess the effectiveness of delivered programs.

Responsibilities

  • To manage, prioritize, align and enable implementation of Organization Design related projects and initiatives for the company
  • To advise on Optimizing Organizational structure to ensure the rightsizing of the company. 
  • To oversee the Organizational Structure change process and ensure its alignment with OD principles and standards.
  • To analyze the current operational procedures, identify areas for improvement within an organization, and collaborate with department SPOCs to implement more efficient and effective processes that lead to better business outcomes.
  • To develop policy, process and procedure to implement talent and leadership development initiatives
  • To plan, organize, develop, and effectively conduct employee training & development on various skill, policy, and compliance areas & for different organizational levels, through any required developmental solutions.
  • To ensure proper tools and techniques is in placed to maintain talent leadership profiling and its compliance.
  •  To source and verify new training providers and solutions, and track performance of the vendors.
  • To source and motivate leadership inspiring programs to develop future-fit leaders based on business needs and strategies.
  • To design & implement companywide Performance Management framework and Analyzing the Results.
  • To promote high performance culture across the company by maintaining the overall framework and designing and implementing any needed cultural activities.
  • To provide focus and alignment between the organization’s goals and the employee’s job.
  • To link team/individual performance to rewards and define related policies.
  •  To collaborate on process of Workforce Planning, Career Path & Job Enrichment design and Define related Policy.
  • To Provide Organizational Analytical Reports & Translating Data into Actionable Insights for the Stakeholders.
  • Being an analytical thinker, with excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills, and comfortable leading on company innovation and strategy.
  • Being an engaging, innovative, and creative communicator comfortable working with both clients and colleagues.
  • As a well-presented and confident team player, being responsible for developing and motivating team members.

    Requirement

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in organizational psychology, Industrial Engineering, organizational development, or business administration preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior and relevant position in a related industry.
  • Experience working in a medium to large organizations.
