·         Manage the development lifecycle of software products
·         Oversee the designing, development, and delivery of software development projects in alignment with company goals and objectives.
·         Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

3.      Software Development Process:
·         Establishing and optimizing software development processes, methodologies, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
·         Implementing agile or other development frameworks to facilitate collaboration, flexibility, and responsiveness.

4.      Quality Assurance and Testing:
·         Ensuring software quality and reliability through effective testing strategies, quality assurance processes, and code reviews.
·         Implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing efforts and improve software quality.

5.      Technical Leadership:
·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and quality assurance, to define technical requirements and priorities.
·         Drive technical innovation and best practices across the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and development methodologies.
·         Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to inform technical decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

6.      Customer (and stakeholders) Satisfaction and Feedback Management:
·         Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including GM and CEO to provide regular updates on project status, resource requirements, and technical challenges.
·         Act as a liaison between the development team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
·         Collaborating with product owners and customer-facing teams to gather feedback, prioritize features, and ensure customer satisfaction.
·         Incorporating customer feedback into development processes to drive product improvements and enhancements.

Responsibility:

• Deliver products in deadline (based on the SOW)
• Develop and maintain a dynamic application, using rapid delivery within an Agile environment
• Proactively highlight improvements and actively drive changes through the development organization
• Ensure that there are right tests and structure in place to make sure that project/delivery move quickly without breaking functionalities
• Identify issues or bottleneck in technical processes and design a plan to resolve them 
• Ensure of well written documentation
• Collaborate effectively, to provide and receive constructive feedback and share knowledge
• Collaborate with all team members.
