Responsibilities:

• Identifying the problems of the vendor operation team and analyzing the cause and planning to solve them
• Preparation and analysis of data needed for strategic decisions of operational teams
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights effectively.
• Monitoring the key performance indicators of the vendor’s operation teams in order to provide better service to all vendors.
• Have analytical thinking skills and can turn business questions into clear and measurable metrics
• Design and review the processes of the team and operational procedures to ensure they are working correctly and provide improvement suggestions.
• Identify opportunities for automating work processes and enhancing vendor’s operation team efficiency.
• Analyzing the processes of vendor’s operation teams in order to improve weak points
• Coordination with other parts of the team and other teams of the organization with the aim of advancing programs and creating better outputs for the organization

 

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques
• Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel and Google Sheet
• Familiarity with process management (modeling, analysis and process improvement
