FTTH Project Coordinator (Vendor)

Roles & Responsibilities:

To Assist Identification And Preparation Of Needed PM And Reporting Tools
To Interact With External Organizations For Activities Related To Assigned Projects
To Gain Full Awareness Of Assigned Project Status, Progress, And Plans And Support The Project Manager In Managing All PM Tasks For The Assigned Project
To Monitor The Project Constantly To Make Sure Each Stage Is Progressing On Time, On Budget, And To The Right Quality Standards And Escalate Key Risks Based On Defined Standards To The Project Manager.
To Report Progress On Projects And Key Measures/KPIs To Rollout Infrastructure Management Based On Defined Templates And Standards
To Follow Up And Make Sure Execution Of The Assigned Project Within Timelines Defined Via Conducting Different Meetings With Vendors/Subcontractors And Reviewing Their Progress Reports.
To Interact With The Project Steercom And Project Members To Ensure Project Execution Is Not Compromised
To Ensure Effective Coordination Across Project Streams To Handle Dependencies And Resolve Project Bottlenecks
To Support PSO Department By Providing The Requested Information And Documents On The Assigned Project
To Implement Change Management On The Projects Based On Agreed Standards And Plan
To Ensure Project Documents Are Complete And Stored Appropriately Based On NW Rollout Infrastructure Project Management Policies.
To Perform, Accomplish, And Coordinate All Activities Related To Administrative Tasks Of The Projects
To Propose Action Plans To Address Issues Identified In Reports & Meetings And Follow The Track Of Actions.
To Work With Different Teams And Diversity, So Dedication And 24/7 Focus/Following And Monitoring The Reallocation Project

Job Requirements:

B.Sc. In Project Management / Engineering Or Related
Fluent In English
Minimum Of 3 Years’ Experience In Project Management; With Experience In Supervising Others
Experience Working In A Medium Organization
