Job Description:

• Network monitoring.
• Diagnosing network errors and identify points of failure.
• Perform basic systems troubleshooting and management.
• Tracking and documenting network errors.
• Provide timely response and resolution to all tickets.
• Communication with Back Office team, development team and related customer.

Requirements:

• Upper intermediate English level (both written and spoken).
• Problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing system like Jira is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring system like Zabbix or Grafana is a plus.
• Familiarity with general Linux and Unix administration is a plus.
