Responsibilities

• Periodic review of actuals vs budget for ventures;
• Cross checking the business reports with accounting reports
• Monitoring P&L performance (throughout the month) and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement;
• Preparing consolidated forecasts and past performance reviews for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings;
• Improving automation of periodic financial performance review;
• Supporting in delivering ad-hoc requests for the board/investors;
• Defining and analyzing key business metrics to track ventures’ performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job requirements

• A degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
• At least 2-3 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in areas including business planning, P&L analysis, and business analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data
• Solid communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Data driven and Analytical mindset

Desired Skills:

• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Previous experience with stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
