Responsibilities for network Expert
·         Document network infrastructure and runbook for the 24/7 Support team

·         Maintain network and circuit inventory

·         Contribute to the planning and implementation of new locations and campus expansions

·         Contribute to the planning and implementation of emerging network technologies

·         Assist in the implementation of new customer facing SaaS products by contributing to the supporting network design, project planning, installation and configuration

·         Perform a variety of tasks associated to the network infrastructure to support growth, performance improvement, and security initiatives

·         Maintain and continually improve network documentation and monitoring

·         Participate in the evaluation and testing of new network technologies

·         Be a collaborative, team player and have an ability to learn from and mentor others

·         Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments

Qualifications for network Expert

·         Bachelors degree and/or 2 years of network administration experience

·         Possession of a Cisco certification such as CCNP or CCNA

·         Must have exceptional well-rounded skills to quickly troubleshoot, identify and remediate operational issues proactively identify and tune network performance across a variety of Cisco and F5 technologies

·         Significant experience with the use of the network monitoring and diagnosis tools such as solarwinds, wireshark, log analysis, etc is highly desired

·         Plan, coordinate and implement network security for hardware and software

·         Install software and set up hardware
