Job Description

We are seeking  for a motivated and detail-oriented Platform Onboarding and Training Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new seller, ensuring their smooth integration into our platform. You will also develop and deliver training programs to equip sellers with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their partnership with our company. Job Description:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new vendors, including gathering required documentation, verifying qualifications, and conducting seller assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new sellers into our systems and processes.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sellers, covering topics such as online business knowledge, operational procedures, and customer service excellence.
Create training materials, presentations, and manuals to support sellers training initiatives.
Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions to educate sellers on our company policies, standards, and expectations.
Monitor seller performance and provide ongoing support and guidance to address any gaps or areas for improvement.
Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the seller onboarding and training function.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
At least +1 years’ experience in ecommerce industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Data analytics and learning management systems (LMS) are preferred
Analytical skills
Ability to think creatively
Problem-solving ability
Strong communication skills
