Digital Sales Support Administrator (Vendor)

Roles & Responsibilities
To cooperate with logistic teams to support online sales channels.
To follow-up customer complaints with CR, Regional team, Delivery Partner Company, call center and other related teams to resolve it.
To follow-up issues raised during sales processes (products and services sales such as SIM, modem, handset, market place, SIM Swap, MNP, Refund,…) and digital sales channels (such as USSD, e-shop, My Irancell, Tele sales,….).
To monitor Delivery partner company’s stock availability and delivery of online orders. 
To test new products, portals and changes on systems which are related to logistic/delivery and after sales processes.
To follow-up letters and cases submitted by MTNIrancell judiciary regarding customer claims and complaints.
To track registration/document upload of orders which are assigned to MTNI Connect, Dealers and Delivery partner Co.
To provide related Analysis about logistic/Delivery orders and optimize the processes if needed.
To monitor MTNI Connects, Dealers, 3rd party contractors activities in order to prevent any possible fraud
To investigate sales data to find out possible trends and provide related reports.
To support sales new products (5G, LTE, Modem,…) by effective implementing policies and rules.
To communicate with different delivery and logistic partners to make sure their operations is ongoing and there is no any issue in the defined process.
To gather extensive data from internal and external parties, and provide required reports.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline

Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in area of specialization; with experience in working with others
Experience working in a small to medium organization
