To assist on creating and executing marketing campaigns for both internal and external B2B customers on Digital Ads platforms based on Manager guidance and given framework
To build and maintain proper relationships with B2B Customers and team members to complete assigned tasks.
To be able to work with internal Media platforms and channels (inventories) and make sure of advertisement uptime
To assist team on performing and tracking track digital marketing campaigns performance and help to prepare efficiency reports of campaign
To assist in preparing B2B Sales proposals for approaching new leads and prospects
To escalate issues, system fails down, miss-conductions, and business difficulties to the line manager for further actions.
To support the team in organizing B2B Customers and team members by assisting in the draft of business/sales-related reports and support follow-ups
To build and maintain proper relationships with B2B customers in order to complete assigned tasks.
To be able to work under pressure and work under tight deadlines
To support preparing content and related information to publish them on all platforms.
To assist the team in capturing product requirements from a business/sales team and present it to product team for service enhancement.
To be able to perform initial studies (Benchmarking, business feasibility etc.) for new ideas.
To assist the team in data gathering and information trimming to input in market planning, positioning, market entry mode, market segmentation, and competitive analysis of digital products and platforms associated with digital product and support teams.
To follow financial reports and invoicing matters on assigned products with related teams.
To organize meetings and coordinate diaries with internal and external colleagues.
To draft briefing papers, correspondence, and other documentation for projects and the day-to-day running of various functions as directed.
To update project plans and set project meetings.
