Senior Export Operation Specialist | BD

• Researching and evaluating suppliers and preparing a database of qualified suppliers and manufacturers and establishing effective cooperation with them.
• Supervising the processes of transporting and exiting export goods.
• Calculation of price rates, customs tariffs and volume of export goods.
• Supervising the preparation of documents such as invoices, receipts, warranty agreements and maintaining related information and documents.
• Communicating between banks, suppliers, warehouses, transport companies and customers.
• Follow up and resolve the delays that occurred during the implementation of the process of foreign trade affairs and orders.
• Cooperating with other units to carry out projects.

Requirements:

• Familiar with international shipping companies.
• Arrangement and preparation of shipping and export documents.
• Familiar with foreign sales.
• Coordinating, following up and carrying out matters related to air, land, sea and rail transportation.
• Familiarity with pricing methods of export goods and preparation of proforma.
• Getting to know the comprehensive trading system and EPL.
• Negotiating with international shipping companies.
• Preparation of daily and weekly reports.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Advanced in English
• +4 years of related work experience.
