- Conduct recruitment interviews and support actively during the hiring process. (Interview coordination, phone interview, CV screening, f2f interview, etc.)
- Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the
related managers.
- Prepare job posts and attracting suitable candidates through different channels.
- Conduct exit interviews on terminating employees and propose retention plan based on related reports and analysis on the root cause.
- Follow up actions with both candidates & hiring managers, regarding the results of interview sessions.
- Prepare or updating data base records related to hiring.
- Provide recruitment reports to team managers.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years related experience
-Deep knowledge of recruitment process, channels, tools and interviewing techniques.
-The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
-Work effectively with vendors, hiring managers, and candidates.
-knowledge of Iran labor laws and HR Operation Acumen
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability of prioritizing work activities and meeting effectively based on considering deadlines.
-Fluency in English is a must.
-Proficient in MS Office.
Preferences:
- Familiarity with Photoshop.
- Familiarity with HR trends.
- Experience of working in IT based companies is a plus.
