Key Responsibilities: • Communication with PMO, attend in the meetings, follow up acceptance meetings • Receiving detail of CPI & SPI from PMO to analysis revenue and budget of the projects • Follow up missing documents for not invoiced acceptances from PMO and CSO Dep • Follow up all documentation rule including document naming, placing in PMO share folders and using any related tools such as SharePoint, etc. • Preparing income statement estimation and Cooperating in preparing other financial statement estimation • Evaluating annual budget based on interim financial statements and adjust it, if necessary • Collecting and determining Staff FY budget • Checking & controlling benefit & loss of projects • Allocating budget and received C-level approval for all projects • Investigating & controlling revenue of all WOs • Cooperating in preparing financial statements • Allocating Planned Budget of Projects via ERP tools, accordance to the Approved Cost Estimation • Controlling & reporting budget revenue vs actual revenue (W/M/Q) • Preparing routine & requested reports Key Professional Competencies: • Contract Management • Risk Management • Accounting norms and standard knowledge & Finance culture General culture of all areas of the finance function • Project management • Knowledge of the business and telecommunications industry • Understanding of other function in the Company • Accuracy in budget controlling and reporting • Team Work • Analytical & Problem Solving • Strategy Understanding • Persistence & Persuasion • Communication Skills • Perform under Pressure Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum of 3 years working experience in relevant field • At least MS/BS degree in related majors such as industrial engineering, finance management, etc. • Proficient English • Good knowledge of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.)
