Hospitality Manager
At Tasu Ventures, we develop a product for second homes, and based on our requirements, we are looking for a Hospitality Manager who is responsible for managing hospitality staff and ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the company's hospitality department run smoothly. its duties include training new personnel, evaluating the quality of services, and ensuring that customer satisfaction levels remain high.
Responsibilities:
● Design & Planning hospitality features & roadmap in all sections of food & beverage, recreational & Event, travel & tourism.
● Defining partnership strategy with 3rd parties & service providers.
● Hire qualified personnel according to standards.
● Supervise and evaluate staff and communicate the importance of customer satisfaction.
● Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality, such as guest amenities.
● Maintaining a high standard of customer service according to company operating procedures.
● Handle customer complaints when necessary.
● Assist in pricing products or services.
● Assume responsibility for budgeting and monitoring expenses.
● Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards.
● Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently.
● Review and prepare reports for senior management.
● Determining the future goals of the hospitality division by studying market trends and working with the marketing team.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, office administration, or relevant field.
● Exceptional knowledge of standard hospitality practices and procedures.
● At least 5 years of experience working in the hospitality industry
● Solid knowledge of customer service and the ability to resolve conflict in a calm and professional manner.
● Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO)
● Excellent managerial skills and the ability to lead, motivate and communicate with staff members.
● The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g. ERP)
● Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
● Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
● Problem-solving aptitude.
