Responsibilities

• Analyzing allocated market dynamically to determine specific target customer
• Segmenting the market into operating sections and assigning medical representatives to sections.
• Operating monthly and annual plans for marketing and sales activities.
• Supervising all sales and marketing activities within the group.
• Preparing weekly reports to Franchise manager
• Coordinating double visits with Tech representatives or individual market visit with 70% time allocation

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a medical/pharmaceutical sales representative and 2 years of experience as a team leader.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, intuitive, and able to work in a competitive environment.
• Adherence to the company's strategies and values and ability to work in a team.
• Current position of the candidate: team leader or supervisor
• Good knowledge of sales and ability of objection handling
• Good insight into marketing issues and Tech Medicine
• Experience in team management or project management.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Minimum age: 30 years old.
