Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies for continuous product and process improvement across the organization
Design, evaluate, reengineer, and optimize processes in all functional areas to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement
Assess the organizational structure and propose a refined architecture to better support the desired process improvements
Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve any issues related to products, processes, and quality systems
Document and share best practices, lessons learned, and process innovations across teams and divisions to foster cross-functional collaboration
Establish a data-driven, metrics-oriented culture to continuously monitor and optimize process performance (KPIs)
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a closely related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in process improvement, systems engineering, and organizational optimization
Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodology and experience driving transformational change
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional teams
Experience in system engineering and functional/technical architecture design
Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and change management skills
