: Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive training programs to upskill and engage employees across the organization
Supervise the delivery of technical and job-specific training for staff to ensure proficiency and compliance
Conduct engaging orientation sessions for new hires to onboard them effectively
Create informative brochures, training manuals, and other learning materials to support training initiatives
Develop visually-appealing multimedia aids and presentations to enhance the learning experience
Establish robust testing and evaluation processes to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs
Prepare and administer the training budget to optimize resource allocation
Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify critical training needs and design tailored programs accordingly
Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations and provide personalized feedback to training participants
Deliver a diverse range of training, including classroom sessions, demonstrations, on-the-job training, workshops, and conferences
Manage a team of talented training facilitators and ensure the quality of their delivery
Spearhead continuing education and leadership development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning
Build strong cross-functional relationships to align training efforts with organizational objectives
Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, and cost management for all training programs
Assist in the development of strategic plans to integrate training initiatives
: Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in training and development roles
Thorough knowledge of curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and training effectiveness measurement
Familiarity with training standards, particularly ISO 10015, 10&20&70
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities
Experience in budget planning and resource management
