Roles & Responsibilities
• To understand business climate to analyze Digital Sales Data, including trend, changes, and related insight to fine-tune operational plans
• To implement end-to-end digital sales channel’s data management process including data gathering, cleaning, and visualization.
• To analyze digital sale channels and campaigns data to provide insights using timely routine reports regarding different.
• To develop new data management solutions and dashboards based on the needs of the team.
• To provide required data and documents for preparing a business case for new products and services to receive required budget.
• To implement automated solutions to monitor digital sales data flow to identify gaps and anomalies in commercial reports.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and deliver end-to-end deep data analysis/trends to “light up” actionable strategic insights related to Microsoft STU & Enterprise businesses & their impact across the Microsoft business
• To provide analytical reports to ensure there is a deep understanding of promotional activities for the advertisement purposes.
• To utilize/deliver standardized tools and reporting which enable speed, efficiency, and scale in the business to accelerate the reporting capabilities to drive standardized digital sales efforts.
• To consolidate dashboards across the team and support to drive interpretation, socialization and adoption of digital sales reports to cooperate with the digital sale channel manager through a comprehensive data management toolbox.
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, software engineering, Commerce (Industrial Engineering, Management ) or related and related fields
• Master’s degree in MBA will be an added advantage
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an area of specialization
• Experience working in a medium organization
