Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness, verifying that all items match order specifications.
- Pack, label, and ship products according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Track shipments and update internal systems with status information.
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment details, delays, and any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address and resolve shipping-related issues.
- Prepare and process purchasing documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Track deals and purchases to ensure compliance with agreements and delivery schedules. Regular purchase/sales finance reports to the manager and other internal interactions.
-Sending inquiries to suppliers to purchase products.
-Arranging on-time payments.
-Tracking receivables and coordinating with related FD team.
Qualifications:
- additional education or certification in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- English language proficiency in writing and speaking is essential.
- Proven experience with shipping documentation and tracking deals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
