Job Description:
As a CRM and Automation Specialist, you'll manage and optimize our GoHighLevel CRM platform. Your role will involve designing automated workflows, creating marketing campaigns, and integrating web development projects to enhance customer engagement and drive growth for both our company and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Management:
  • Optimize and manage the GoHighLevel CRM system for efficient customer relationship management.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to boost customer engagement and retention.
  • Customize and configure CRM settings to align with business needs.
• Automation:
  • Design and manage automated workflows within GoHighLevel and Zapier or Make.
  • Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze workflow and campaign performance, making necessary adjustments.

• Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and execute CRM-driven marketing strategies.
  • Create targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior analysis.
  • Track and report campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations.
    
    
• Web Development:
  • Integrate CRM and marketing automation tools with websites and digital platforms.
  • Ensure seamless CRM functionality in collaboration with the web development team.
  • Develop and maintain landing pages, forms, and other web elements supporting marketing efforts.
    
    
• Training and Support:
  • Train and support team members on CRM and automation tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM and marketing automation issues.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Proven experience in CRM management and automation, especially with GoHighLevel.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Preferred:
  • Experience with additional CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience integrating CRM systems with websites.
  • Zapier or Make experience, as well as Phytone knowledge.
  • Certification in GoHighLevel or other CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
