The Legal Registration Expert is responsible for overseeing the registration process within an organization.
Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee the trademark and patent registration process, including conducting comprehensive searches to assess availability and potential conflicts.
- Prepare and file trademark and patent applications with the relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with filing requirements, deadlines, and renewal obligations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to respond to office actions and objections.
Qualification, Exprience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in law, intellectual property, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in registration are advantageous.
- At-least 2 years of experience in registration or related roles.
- Experience in managing trademark and patent registrations.
- Familiarity with trademark and patent databases, search tools, and registration procedures.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
