Develop and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and preferences to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
Create and refine customer journey maps to guide campaigns and optimize customer interactions.
Employ personalization strategies, dynamic content, and product recommendations to elevate the customer experience.
Design and implement automated ECRM campaigns encompassing segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to foster engagement and drive sales.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align ECRM initiatives with overarching marketing objectives and business goals.
Monitor and meticulously report on key performance indicators (KPIs), furnishing regular analysis and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proficiency in SQL programming, encompassing complex query writing, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
