Senior Developer Microsoft D365 Business Central and F&O

Job Description: 
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Developer specializing in Microsoft D365 Business Central and Finance & Operations (F&O) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, .Net, AL, and X++, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft competence. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, work well in a team, and solve complex problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop, customize, and optimize Microsoft D365 Business Central and F&O applications.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
•  Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and performance.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
•  Write clean, scalable code using C#, .Net, AL, and X++.
•  Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
•  Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
•  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft D365 Business Central and F&O development.
•  Proficient in C#, .Net, AL, and X++.
•  Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
•  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
•  Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
•  Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•  Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
