Foreign Commercial Expert

Job Description:

• Direct contact and negotiation with suppliers all around the world and sourcing.
• Analyzing the offers, issue purchase orders; follow up, and expedite the process in a timely manner until the goods are released, getting feedback as well as upstream reports etc.
• Pursue the necessary permits, financial and commercial affairs related to foreign trade.
• Monitoring and follow up of commercial activities (financial, shipping, delivery, quality control, and feedback) through e-mails, phone, etc
• Communicating effectively and contribute positively to team efforts.

 
Requirements

• Familiarity with all the updated rules and regulations in the related fields.
• Knowledge of international shipping, INCOTERMS, banking, currency, and documentary credit.
• Strong communication skills and analytical abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and team-related skills.
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing
• Gender preference: Male.
• High level of accuracy and concentration due to the detailed nature of the work
• Punctuality and time management: Someone who doesn't need to be followed up by senior managers and instead can report before a follow up comes due
