● Providing helpdesk support and resolving problems to the end user's satisfaction.
● Installing and maintaining software and hardware components, devices, printers, scanners, cameras, computers.
● Assisting with network administration tasks.
● Install and ensure proper installation of network cables, nodes, connections, etc.
Requirements:
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer engineering.
● At least 1 to 2 years of experience as IT Service Desk or Helpdesk.
● Full knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office is a must.
● Fluent in Network+.
● Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
● Being able to focus under pressure.
● Male is preferred
