Technologist

Job Description : 

• Setup and operate R&D and production equipment in support programmatic goals
• ·       Collect, review and analyze data for evaluation of equipment performance and making recommendations for modification or upgrades
• To have an understanding of testing activities, methodologies, and equipment capabilities to carry out assigned duties to fulfil project needs.
• Hold lab expertise in operating the required machinery/testing capabilities in order to perform assigned tasks in the required time frames.
• ·       Ensure the confidentiality of all technology and compositions which ensure the uniqueness of BVT output
• ·       Have awareness of standard processes and compliance using technical knowledge and broad scientific principles to ensure effective delivery of an appropriate given task.
• ·       Supervising the preparation of technological production processes
• Leverage strategic partners to research new ingredients, product technologies, and/or processes to develop unique and innovative products
  

Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

• ·       Experience of basic scientific laboratory techniques (e.g analytical or biological)
• ·       Some experience in the interpretation of scientific data
• ·       Broad understanding of product testing approaches and data interpretation
• ·       Broad knowledge of product research and related methodologies
