As a Business Development at Digipay, you'll be involved in exciting projects from start to finish. You'll work with different teams and partners to help grow our business. Here’s what you’ll do; such as Project Management, Communication, Market Research, Deal Evaluation, Support and Operations, Networking, Data Management and Attracting New Partners.


 Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields,
• 2+ years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, business development, or project management,
• Understanding of Iran’s startup ecosystem and interest in emerging technologies and markets,
• Ability to identify and support successful startups,
• Knowledge of Finance, Payment, and FinTech industries,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment,
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail,
• Analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,
• High presentation and persuasion skills,
• Highly self-motivated and organized.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in building a strong network of entrepreneurs, co-investors, and government contacts.
• Background in FinTech, Payment, InsurTech, or Financial Services (e.g., banks or stock markets) is a plus.
• Passion for learning and growing in the venture capital industry.
