Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
- Strategic Development and Implementation: Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement and sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure cohesive and aligned campaign efforts.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance data, making informed, data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and share actionable insights with the team to inform strategic decisions.
- Category KPI Monitoring: Perform daily monitoring and analysis of category-specific KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the marketing field, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
