Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and innovative individual who is passionate about driving marketing success for our Home vertical. Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
  • Strategic Development and Implementation: Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement and sales.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure cohesive and aligned campaign efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance data, making informed, data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and share actionable insights with the team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Category KPI Monitoring: Perform daily monitoring and analysis of category-specific KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Job Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the marketing field, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the capability to measure and interpret marketing KPIs.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems efficiently.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Proficient in digital marketing channels and platforms, including SEO, ECRM, and Social Media.
  • Additional Experience: Experience in offline and B2B marketing is a plus.
