Job Description

Job Description:

1.      Consult and support Hiring Managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
2.      Following end to end of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and on-boarding.
3.      Conducting different interview methods such as behavioral, Group & Panel Interviews, ..
4.      Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
5.      Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
6.      Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
7.      Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
8.      Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
9.      Performing background and reference checks.
10.  Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
11.  Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
12.  Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
13.  Experience in talent acquistion processes and platforms
14.  Preparing various analytical reports in the field of talent acquisition

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.
2.      More than 4 years of experience in the same position.
3.      Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4.      Familiar with the FMCG industry.
5.      Fluent in workforce planning methods.
6.      Excellent in the talent acquisition process.
7.      Familiar with Headhunting
8.      Excellent communication skills.
9.      Result-oriented.
10.  Strong networking abilities.
