Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and presenting complex data to support business decisions and improve organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools. 

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets for analysis and reporting purposes.

• Conduct statistical analysis and apply mathematical models to data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

• Plan and conduct experiments to test hypotheses, evaluate the effectiveness of different business strategies, and recommend solutions.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with teammates to understand business requirements and propose solutions for data-driven decision-making.

• Monitor data quality and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Run ad-hoc data analyses to diagnose business opportunities and recommend actions through effective data storytelling techniques.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• +2 years of experience in a similar position

• Good analytical mindset and interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.

• Experience in handling large datasets using SQL and Python language.

• Knowledge of database management, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Team leadership experience is considered a plus.

• Proficiency in SQL

• Proficiency in Python and PyData tools (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, ...)

• Knowledge in developing automated reports, dashboards, and data visualization (Preferred Power BI)

• Excellent Excel knowledge is considered a plus.
