We seek a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic teams and help us drive our projects using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Position Summary:
The Scrum Master (SAFe) will facilitate the SAFe process, remove impediments, and foster a high-performing team environment. This role requires a deep understanding of the common agile framework, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple agile teams.
• Coach and Mentor: Guide teams on SAFe practices, ensuring they understand and adhere to agile principles, SAFe processes, and best practices.
• Remove Impediments: Identify obstacles hindering team progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Foster Collaboration: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and teamwork within and across teams.
• Support PI Planning: Assist in Program Increment (PI) planning events, ensuring alignment with overall program goals and objectives.
• Track and Report Progress: Monitor team performance, track metrics, and regularly update stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
• Ensure Alignment: Work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and other stakeholders to ensure that teams are aligned with program goals and deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the agile process and implement changes to enhance team performance and efficiency.
• Risk Management: Proactively manage risks and dependencies, ensuring that potential issues are addressed before they become problems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Prior knowledge of software engineering is a main requirement for this position.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with 2 years being sufficient if 1 year is in a SAFe environment.
• Certification: Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent certification from Scrum.org/Scrum Alliance is required (CSM, CSP, etc.). Additional agile certifications are a plus.
• Skills: Deep understanding of the SAFe framework and agile principles.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
