Job Description:

 Evaluate and improve existing BI systems on Microsoft Tech Stack like SQL Server/Power BI, etc
Contributes to the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc in Power BI
Perform analysis on wide variety of data and process improvement opportunities; uncover trends
Effectively translate analytical findings into the language of decision makers; communicate findings effectively supported by visual representations.
Partner with the Product Management team to drive requirements for new products and integrate data during product development
Innovate in order to create solutions for real-world problems
Finding contradictions between data and actual operation
Choose the proper metrics for tracking and understanding current and future activities
 Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Requirements:

M .s/B .s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other quantitative fields.
More than 2 years of proven experience as a data analyst
Extensive experience & mastery of Power BI  and DAX language
Proficiency in T-SQL and analytical queries
Deep knowledge of Statistics & Probability
Energetic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality analytics
Experience translating business problems into data problems and solving them.
Flexibility and comfort in working in a dynamic organization with minimal documentation and process.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills – experience in writing and presenting comprehensive narratives on opportunity, objectives, goals, and delivery plan to customers and stakeholders

Plus:

Good knowledge of python and its libraries such as NumPy, Pandas & Matplotlib
Experience  in working with SSIS & SSAS
Experience in accommodation businesses
