Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

 At Agah Group We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and assist with our recruiting activities.

 A top-notch Junior TA Specialist understands the company's needs and ensures that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the hiring manager or executive recruiter with recruitment duties
• Welcoming newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey; managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles
• Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements
• Communicating with the HR team
• Posting job applications on social media and job sites
• Tracking open positions using recruiting software
• Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate resumes
• Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements
• Conducting initial phone screenings
• Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews
• Managing the resume database

Requirements:

• Familiarity with human resources policies, procedures, and best practices
• Basic Knowledge of Onboarding Process
• Previous experience working as a junior recruiter
• Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems
• Ability to conduct interviews over the phone
