About the Position

The Project Coordinator is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that support the company's strategic objectives. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO and various departmental teams to ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's vision and completed efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timing.
  • Organize, lead, and motivate project teams to achieve project goals while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and changes.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations for easy reference and decision-making.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback into project planning.
  • Evaluate completed projects, identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements to drive continuous improvement in future projects.
  • The Project Coordinator must be proactive, resourceful, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills to manage the complexities of multi-departmental projects and achieve successful outcomes.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in presentation
  • Solid communication skills
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
