Responsibilities:

• Set clear and motivational team goals and KPIs based on department and organization strategies, and make sure the plans and goals are moving in the right direction
• Oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance aiming to Monitor the quality of daily teams operation and performance
• Plan and organize to achieve OKR defined in the cycle
• Provide scope, script and team executive flows and update them
• Creating and updating required dashboards in order to monitor important team indicators to make better decisions and required adjustments
• Delegate tasks to subordinates and set project deadlines based on the team’s plans and priorities
• Review performance, communicate and give feedback on its results to team members about their strengths and improvement areas to motivate and design development plans
• Listen to team member feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

 
Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hand on experience in customer services
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or similar role
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
• Experience with organizing training programs
