Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and hiring technology professionals to fill technical positions
• Conduct competency-based interviews
• Arranging interviews by coordinating programs and participating in face-to-face interviews with managers.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels, such as social networks, job boards, referrals, or any other innovative method.
• Analyze candidates' knowledge, skills and experience to find out which ones are suitable for open positions

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of relevant experience as a technical recruiter.
• Proficient in recruitment software (ATS)
• Practical experience with various selection processes (eg CV screening, interviews)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• detail oriented
• Good listening skills
• Fluent in English
