Summary:
This Position will play a significant role in driving sales and conversion, by creating a best-in-class customer experience on site. The responsibilities are Pricing, product set-up and promotions operations. In addition, developing and executing visual merchandising strategy for the site that engages and drives revenue.
Responsibilities:
· Develop strategies for merchandising and pricing to maximize visibility and achieve uplifts in revenue, Site conversion rate, and average order value (AOV),IPO.
· Responsible for the management and day-to-day trading of total order of platform and conversion rate-Home page, vendor page , …
· Working closely with the business lines, commercial team, product team, Data team agree and execute sales and promotional plans.
· Constantly monitor site Search and navigation on the site, making sure that it is fully optimized and make suggestions and implement these to improve the customer journey, whilst understanding the commercial impact of these changes.
· Ensuring all products are beautifully and strategically merchandised across the site in Just In, category listing pages, designer listing pages, and trend pages.
· Analyze weekly and daily performance of platform across Funnels, Conversion rates, Features performance, provide insights and drive day to day optimization across all platforms
· Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
Requirements:
· 2-3 years of related experience (e.g. as a Digital marketing, commercial, sales, campaign design)
· Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
· Proficient in Excel, Power point, Metabase
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills required
· Proactive and highly motivated team player
· Must be Data-orientated, Solution-orientated, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills
· Experience in eCommerce, and FMCG is desirable
