· To lead the preparation of VistaMedia commercial roadmap detailing Vistamedia Vision, strategy, strategic partnerships, revenue streams, Operating model, etc.
· To contribute to delivery of a well-defined governance model in cooperation with shareholders and MTNIrancell to facilitate smooth and steady movement towards VistaMedia goals and Objectives.
· To provide a framework of cooperation with Vista/DG and other commercial division of MTNirancell with the purpose of maximizing mutual benefits
· To act as vistaMedia representative in meetings with authority upon CEO request .
· To direct BOD meetings and present VistMedia commercial Performance
· To provide commercial KPIs and ensure KPIs and budget are met.
· To negotatiate new commercial lisences for Vistamedia based on the agreed roadmap
· To define, develop and manage VistMedia revenue streams in collaboration with Finance and Content team.
· To provide and ensure the execution of framework of cooperation with Platforms and traffic aggregators detailing tariff , content, assessment and penlization policies and procedures
· To lead, direct , develop, expand and manage team of Business development and marketing
· To provide comprehensive marketing plan and Brand positioning roadmap and ensure fulfillment of marketing objectives.
· To structure strategic business deals and follow
· To manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers, ensuring the execution of business plans.
· To analyse and provide feedback on Investment opportunities. .
· To collaborate with other teams such as Content and Data to present best commercial performance.
· To evaluate strategic opportunities and formulate the strategies to grow targeted segments and overall value in content and media industry.
· To observe the relevant competitors'/Key partners strategic moves within the market and create models, possible counter-strategies, and proactive strategies.
· To lead the lunch of mutual campaigns with MTNirancell, Strategic partenrs, etc contributing to developing the market , increasing the brand awerness and so on.
· To conduct holding/participating in relative events and present VistaMedia vision and capabilities. .
· To collaborate with PROJECT team and technical team to replace manual procedures with digital solutions, enhancing the commercial performance and service level _in B2B lines.
· To define and follow the delivery of “VistaMedia Content Pool” road map.
· To ensure compliance ofCommercial deals and contracts local/international regulations and MTNIrancell corporate-level policies
· To lead and monitor marketing activities and GTM a rs.
To ensure smooth and constructive cooperation of businesse and marketing teams with content, project, product, legal and finance team, guaranteeing an integrated approach towards fulfilling Vistamedia commercial objectives and goals where every stakeholder/participant knows what contiribution is required
