Duties & Responsibilities:
-Understand the project requirements and objectives, and develop detailed project plans accordingly-Define project tasks and resource requirements, and track project progress using appropriate tools-Monitor and report on project milestones and deliverables to all stakeholders-Manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, and escalate as necessary-Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams, and manage dependencies between projects-Ensure quality assurance of all project deliverables before sign-off-Prepare project status reports for upper management on a regular basisAssist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures related to project management-Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or senior management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related fieldPMP certificationMinimum 3 years experience in project managementThorough understanding of project management processes and methodologiesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsWorking knowledge of project management software programs, including MS Project, Basecamp, and TrelloAbility to take initiative and work independently with little supervision
