· Develop marketing strategies and plans tailored to specific target markets, taking into account cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.
· Identify market entry opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for new regions.
· Develop and maintain brand positioning and messaging for international markets, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
· Adapt marketing materials and content to resonate with the target audience in different regions.
· Ensure brand guidelines are followed by regional marketing teams and external partners.
· Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches in international markets.
· Create compelling and localized marketing content, including advertisements, social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content.
· Monitor campaign performance, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights.
· Identify and evaluate distribution channels and partners in international markets.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
· Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing programs and initiatives.
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic and leads in international markets.
· Plan and coordinate international trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.
· Develop and manage marketing budgets for international markets.
· Lead and manage a team of international marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and regional marketing teams, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in international marketing, preferably in a global or multi-national company.
· In-depth knowledge of international marketing strategies, market dynamics, and cultural considerations.
· Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and best practices.
· Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional.
· Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
· Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market research and performance data.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
