Facility Manager is required for a company's project, providing services to reputable international companies, having site and office inside and outside Tehran to be responsible for the management of all required services and processes that support the company core business thorough day to day planning and coordinating essential central services of such as:

 Job Description:

• General Maintenance services,
• Procurement,
• Renovations projects, 
• Managing Suppliers and Contractors,  
• Contract management,
• Supervising and coordinating the work of contractors,
• Utilities and communications infrastructure,
• Waste disposal and recycling,

 

Requirements:

• Ability to negotiate and corresponding in English is a must,
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office, (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point and MS project)
